A kind of chocolate spread · also called chocolate hazelnut spread, hazelnut cocoa spread
About
Nutella is a dense hazelnut cocoa spread that weighs about 25 percent more than an equal volume of water.
Nutella has a bulk density of about 10.4 ounces per cup (1.25 g/mL), which makes it noticeably denser than pure water. A full one-cup measure holds roughly 10.4 ounces (296 g) of the hazelnut cocoa spread. It is also heavier by volume than standard peanut butter, which usually weighs around 8.8 ounces (250 g) per cup. Because it is rich in sugars and vegetable oil, the spread packs tightly into containers with very little trapped air.
From Wikipedia
