About
Raspberries are delicate, hollow berries that sit loosely in containers, weighing about 4.3 ounces (123 g) per cup.
Whole raspberries have a bulk density of about 32.5 pounds per cubic foot (0.52 g/mL). Their hollow cores and rounded shape prevent them from settling tightly together, leaving plenty of empty space inside any container. Because of these air pockets, they take up considerably more room per ounce than solid fruits like blueberries or grapes. This makes a standard pint of raspberries feel noticeably light compared to most other fresh produce.
From Wikipedia
The raspberry is the edible fruit of several plant species in the genus Rubus of the rose family, most of which are in the subgenus Idaeobatus. The name also applies to these plants themselves.

One cup weighs
4.34 oz (123 g)
Quick answer
One US cup of fresh raspberries weighs about 4.3 ounces (123 g). This is roughly half the weight of a cup of water, mainly because the hollow berries leave wide gaps of empty air.
