A kind of clothes hanger · also called Wire hanger, Metal coat hanger, Wire clothes hanger

About
A wire coat hanger is a slender closet fixture spanning about 16.5 inches across to support everyday clothing.
Wire hangers are much thinner and lighter than bulky wooden or molded plastic hangers, which can weigh five to ten times more. Their width is designed to match standard adult clothing shoulders so garments do not slip off or stretch. Because the steel wire is usually less than an eighth of an inch thick, dozens of them take up minimal space on a closet rack.
