A kind of flour · also called Tapioca starch

About
Tapioca flour is a lightweight tropical starch that weighs about 4.6 ounces (130 g) per cup.
Tapioca flour has a bulk density of about 0.32 ounces per cubic inch (0.55 g/mL). A standard 16-ounce (454 g) bag takes up roughly 3.5 US cups (825 mL) of container space. Because its fine, powdery particles trap air, it requires significantly more room to store than denser kitchen staples like table salt or rice.
From Wikipedia
Tapioca is a starch extracted from the tubers of the cassava plant, a species native to the North and Northeast regions of Brazil, but which is now found in West Africa, Southeast Asia, and elsewhere. It is a perennial shrub adapted to the hot conditions of tropical lowlands.
