About
A private jet is a compact aircraft built to transport small groups of passengers quickly and comfortably.
Private jets vary widely in size, ranging from small light jets to large corporate planes that seat dozens of people. Midsize models usually feature cabins that are only about five to six feet tall, which means taller passengers cannot stand completely upright inside. Even with full wingspans, most midsize private jets are still shorter than a single wing on a standard commercial airliner.
From Wikipedia
A business jet, private jet, or bizjet is a jet aircraft designed for transporting small groups of people, typically business executives and high-ranking associates. Business jets are generally designed for faster air travel and more personal comfort than commercial aircraft, and may be adapted for other roles, such as casualty evacuation or express parcel deliveries, and some are used by public bodies, government officials, VIPs, or even the military.
