About
A full-size pickup truck is a long utility vehicle with an open bed that spans over nineteen feet in length.
Full-size models are noticeably larger than compact or mid-size trucks, with beds wide enough to carry four-by-eight-foot sheets of building material flat. Total length varies depending on whether the truck has an extended crew cab or a longer cargo box. Because the front hood often stands over four feet (1.2 m) high, it can create a front blind zone longer than that of a typical sedan.
From Wikipedia
A pickup truck or pickup is a light or medium duty truck that has an enclosed cabin, and a back end made up of a cargo bed that is enclosed by three low walls with no roof. In Australia and New Zealand, both pickups and coupé utilities are called utes, short for utility vehicle.

Quick answer
A typical full-size pickup measures about 19.4 feet (5.9 m) long, stands 6.2 feet (1.9 m) tall, and weighs roughly 5,070 pounds (2,300 kg). That makes it longer than most standard parking spaces and heavier than two compact cars.
