About
A pencil is a slender handheld writing tool that measures about seven and a half inches long.
Standard pencils usually measure around 7.5 inches (0.19 m) straight from the factory, but mini versions like golf pencils are often half that length. The casing is typically made about 0.3 inches (0.008 m) wide with a hexagonal shape to prevent it from rolling off flat surfaces. As the pencil is sharpened over time, it gradually shortens until only a small unusable stub remains.
From Wikipedia
A pencil is a writing or drawing implement with a solid pigment core in a protective casing that reduces the risk of core breakage and keeps it from marking the user's hand.

Quick answer
A standard unsharpened pencil is about 7.5 inches (0.19 m) long, 0.3 inches (0.008 m) thick, and weighs roughly 0.2 ounces (0.006 kg). That makes it slightly shorter than a typical dinner fork and very lightweight.
