A kind of truck
About
A monster truck is a custom competition vehicle built on massive tires that stands nearly twelve feet tall.
While original monster trucks were modified street pickups, modern competition trucks are custom-built vehicles with lightweight fiberglass shells over steel tube frames. Standard full-size pickups stand about 6.5 feet (2 m) tall, meaning a monster truck is nearly twice that height. Much of this clearance comes from specialized 66-inch (1.7 m) tires that stand as tall as an average adult. Most racing circuits require these vehicles to weigh at least 10,000 pounds (4,500 kg), keeping them within a predictable size range for stadium tracks.
From Wikipedia
A monster truck is a specialized off-road vehicle with a heavy duty suspension, four-wheel steering, large-displacement V8 engines, and oversized tires constructed for motorsports and entertainment uses. Originally created by modifying stock pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles (SUVs), they have evolved into purpose-built vehicles with tube-frame chassis and fiberglass bodies.

Quick answer
A typical monster truck is about 18.7 feet (5.7 m) long, 11.8 feet (3.6 m) tall, and weighs roughly 11,900 pounds (5,400 kg). That makes it tall enough to look into a second-story window and about as heavy as three full-size passenger cars combined.
