A kind of toy block · also called Lego block, 2x4 Lego brick, 2x4 brick
About
A standard two-by-four Lego brick is a tiny plastic building block roughly the length of a postage stamp.
This standard two-by-four piece is one of hundreds of distinct shapes and sizes produced for building sets. It stands less than half an inch high, including the raised studs that lock into other elements. While individual bricks vary widely from thin flat plates to large baseplates, this core brick is small enough to fit several in a child's palm. Despite its tiny dimensions and light weight, the molded plastic structure is rigid enough to support hundreds of pounds of force.
