A kind of cookware · also called Skillet, Frypan

About
A standard kitchen frying pan stretches roughly a foot and a half from its rim to the end of its handle.
Most frying pan cooking surfaces measure between 8 and 12 inches (20 to 30 cm) in diameter, but the long handle nearly doubles the overall footprint. Unlike a deeper sauté pan with straight vertical walls, a frying pan has shallow, outward-flaring sides that keep its profile low. Heavier and larger pans often feature a secondary loop handle opposite the main handle to help balance the weight during cooking.
