About
Spinosaurus aegyptiacus was a massive sail-backed predatory dinosaur that grew longer than a standard school bus.
At 46 feet (14 m), it was longer from snout to tail than famous theropod relatives like Tyrannosaurus rex. Much of its height came from tall bony spines along its back that formed a large crest or sail. Because complete adult skeletons have not been found, exact weight estimates vary, but it ranks among the longest carnivorous land animals known to science.
From Wikipedia
Spinosaurus is a genus of large spinosaurid theropod dinosaurs that lived in what is now North Africa during the Cenomanian age of the Late Cretaceous period, about 100 to 94 million years ago. The genus was known first from Egyptian remains discovered in 1912 and described by German palaeontologist Ernst Stromer in 1915.

Quick answer
Spinosaurus aegyptiacus stretched about 46 feet (14 m) long, stood roughly 16.5 feet (5 m) tall, and weighed around 16,300 pounds (7,400 kg). That made it longer than a full-size transit bus and heavier than an adult male African bush elephant.
