About
Mosasaurus hoffmannii was an apex predatory marine reptile that grew to the length of a full-size city bus.
It was the largest member of the mosasaur family, easily outgrowing related species like Tylosaurus and Platecarpus. Although related to modern monitor lizards and snakes, its enormous mass was supported by an entirely ocean-dwelling lifestyle. Its massive head alone could span over 5 feet (1.5 m), allowing it to swallow large fish, sea turtles, and other marine reptiles whole.
From Wikipedia

Quick answer
Mosasaurus hoffmannii measured about 46 feet (14 m) long, reached 6.6 feet (2 m) tall, and weighed roughly 31,000 pounds (14,000 kg). This makes it about as long as a standard transit bus and heavier than two large African elephants combined.
