About
The harbor seal is a widespread coastal marine mammal roughly the length and weight of an adult human.
Harbor seals are among the smaller true seal species, dwarfed by relatives like the grey seal and elephant seal. Males are slightly larger than females on average, but both share the same compact, streamlined shape. A thick layer of blubber helps them retain heat in cold water and can make up nearly thirty percent of their total body mass.
From Wikipedia

Quick answer
A harbor seal measures about 5.2 feet (1.6 m) long, 1.6 feet (0.5 m) tall, and weighs roughly 187 pounds (85 kg). That makes it about as heavy as an average adult man, but packed into a shorter, rounded frame.
