About
The Eurasian lynx is the largest lynx species, growing to the size of a medium-sized dog.
It is the largest of the four lynx species, reaching roughly double the weight of a Canada lynx or bobcat. Males are typically larger and heavier than females across their wide forest range. Despite their solid build, their long legs and wide, furred paws act like snowshoes to keep them from sinking into deep snow.
From Wikipedia
The Eurasian lynx is one of the four extant species within the medium-sized wild cat genus Lynx. It is widely distributed from Northern, Central and Eastern Europe to Central Asia and Siberia, the Tibetan Plateau and the Himalayas.

Quick answer
A Eurasian lynx measures about 35 inches (0.9 m) long, stands 26 inches (0.65 m) tall at the shoulder, and weighs around 44 pounds (20 kg). That puts its height and weight close to a medium-sized dog like an Australian shepherd.
