A kind of sea lion

About
The California sea lion is a sleek coastal mammal that can grow longer than a tall adult human.
Males are significantly larger than females, which typically weigh only about 220 pounds (100 kg) and reach roughly 6 feet (1.8 m) in length. Mature males also develop thick necks and raised head crests that add to their bulky outline on land. Although they dwarf smaller species like harbor seals, California sea lions are much smaller than northern Steller sea lions, which can weigh well over 2,000 pounds (900 kg).

Quick answer
An adult male California sea lion measures about 7.2 feet (2.2 m) long, stands 2.8 feet (0.85 m) tall, and weighs around 550 pounds (250 kg). This makes a full-grown male heavier than three average adult humans combined.
